CRE assets are fixed assets unlike any other investment asset classes. At Spatialzr 📍 , we believe that reference data for CRE is based on spatial data, or location data. Spatial data is available everywhere, for any location, and can be transformed into CRE indicators such as a best-use score.
To provide a location score on a global basis, the spatial data that we collect, structure and clean has been grouped into 6 weighted factors: metropolitan area, transport accessibility, retail activity, business activity, city life, and environmental factors. Spatialzr is the single source of basic property data used across the CRE market.
The location score provides a ranking of a specific location according to its use: office, retail, light industrial and residential.
The Spatialzr 📍Location score (LISA score) is a reference data indicator that can easily be adjusted and/or augmented in several ways:
